Loved working with ponderosa - they helped us get rid of our old tree, and find a suitable replacement. Made the whole thing easy, they handled all the work, and they came in at significantly less than other arborists that we had bid. Highly recommend them! Have been recommending them to our friends for sure.

Everyone from Ponderosa was excellent to work with. Craige was on time to the appointment to give us a removal quote. The quote was in line with our expectations for the scope of the job. Mary was very friendly and helpful. The entire crew was hardworking, safe, efficient and friendly. They left our yard immaculate.

They were very responsive, prompt and friendly. They did a great job on our trees, got them a little shorter than I expected, but my fault for not confirming how much they were trimming. I feel like they were a bit on the pricey side, but I didn't get other quotes so can't say for sure. Overall very good and reputable.

We had them shape and thin two mature street trees in front of our property. Did an absolutely fantastic job.
