Ponds Heating & Cooling

We have used Ponds for years for routine maintenance and we knew, the AC unit being 18 years old was going to go sooner then later. Well it let go so we contacted Ponds and the efficiency of the office staff right to the techs that installed the new unit was and 11 on a scale of 10. The entire staff were prompt in getting us a new unit and getting it installed in the shortest possible time. I would especially like to thank Cody for going above and beyond to helps us with all our needs and answer all our questions. The cost was reasonable. I’ve used Ponds 3 times and have been completely satisfied with their service. Ted, the maintenance tech came out Saturday morning to get my air up and running again. He was so helpful in telling me how I could keep my system in good shape in between regular maintenance. He was very fair with pricing. Ted was also here to repair my unit a couple of years ago while I was out of state! He called me while he was at my house and explained everything he needed to repair my air conditioner and fixed my air! Ted has really helped get my system back on track! I’ll keep using Ponds!

I have been dealing now with Pond's for going on 3 years. I am now on my third service contract and have never been disappointed. I just wanted to mention how happy I was with the service that Hoke provided on his first service visit to my home. He did a thorough inspection and kept me updated on what he did and what he was going to do. With people like Hoke, it is no wonder that Pond's always provides exceptional service.

Everyone we had contact with at Pond's were the best of the best. They are professional, friendly, helpful, know what to do and do it the way it should be done. Their prices are great and the quality of the work and the pride they take in their work are things you do not see very often these days. We were even offered a temporary unit at no charge until they could get our unit put in. I highly recommend them!
