Pool Color has been wonderful We have been extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Pool Color for the past 4 years! When we bought our house in 2020, we went with another pool service, and they were satisfactory for almost a year, but eventually, our pool turned green. VERY green - we couldn’t see the bottom of our pool. Yuck! The pool service told us to replace our sand filter and then quickly dropped us as customers. Ouch. We found Pool Chlor and have been very happy ever since. Without replacing any equipment at all, Pool Chlor added some chemicals and in short time had our pool sparkling like a diamond! (See pics). We used PoolChlor for decades. Sadly, the quality is no longer what it was. Much has to do with the technician who services your home. For years, we had the perfect pool with the best employee. Now, we are nervous to swim in it. The volumes of salt that is left after drying is concerning. The pool water now stains anything in which a drop of water lands on. I’m looking at our pool at the moment and it is greenish. We are shopping for a new company and/or considering trying to do it ourselves. It really can’t get worse than it is. We asked for water sample analysis, but there is no follow up. I’m just not sure what gas happened. It is sad because they were the best.

When I first hired PoolChlor I had the most amazing guy taking care of it. My pool was sparkling clean and blue consistently, and never had an issue. For the last two to three months I have had minimal swim time due to algae, I have paid more to have my filters cleaned and I have complained three times for my pool to be cleared of algae. I am strongly considering changing companies. Photo attached is after services was completed that day.

When we started last May upon moving in, I was very happy. Over the year things have gone down. Now waiting to hear back after 3 requests. Pool tech could give a whatever, she can’t wait to get done, thinking I have never seen her do pH, alkalinity . No algae but horrible rim around pool due to ineffective brushing. Going to drop, after the 10% increase which if they did their job I wouldn’t care. Done.

I have used this company twice but this last time was it. I had algae in my pool but I guess because I did not purchase the $150 service it didn't matter. I only signed up for "light cleaning". The field tech supervisor was a wish from hell. When I text him about my complaint all he wanted to do was argue (I still have the whole conversation). Their staff is lazy and very unprofessional. I would never recommend using this company for any thing pertaining to a pool. But they are ripping people off because they are not providing the service you think you are paying for. I watched ever video when the tech came out to my house and never once did I see anything to clean my pool or brush my pool....oh I forgot...I only had "light cleaning". Don't waste your money....not worth it.
