Great timely and consistent service. They always send pics of the pool afterward and even after the bug guys spray and the pool is littered with bugs, they clean it thoroughly. They test the water and ensure it’s getting the right chemicals and remind us to fill the pool when needed. They even told us when the filter was needing replaced and offered a quote to do so and I priced it on my own but their price was very comparable so I had them do that as well. Not sure how they’ve gotten other bad reviews cause they’ve been stellar for us. Highly recommend.

Do not use this company. We are having to fire them because of poor service and lying. Our pool has not been serviced properly in weeks. They said a technician came out today and even emailed these beautiful photos of our pool. We were here all morning no one came. And the photos look nothing like the actual condition. They are the same photos the technician used the first week they were hired Attached current photos. Right now there is a film of some residue on the surface. Likely calcium since I tested the water and the PH is off scale. The sides are caked with same stuff and bugs. And the filter is so clogged it’s barely circulating. Pool clorinator is registering no flow there’s so little circulation. So no chlorination. This pool is going to die. So technicians are lying and sayin

I used this company for 8+ years to clean my pool. I always needed to remind them to clean out the filter, and that I wanted to replace the filter each year. When Hurricane Ian hit, I asked them for a recommendation for a pool pump/pool tank maintenance professional. Their recommended company, Pool Network, came out and gave me a quote for a pump. I knew I also needed new knobs, the salt box was hanging off the side of the house, and the PVC was old and weathered. We agreed on a price and they put in a new pool pump without replacing the knobs, PVC, or the salt box, and told me I needed a $5,200 heater, as well. I got a second opinion on the pool heater, and was showed how the breaker was put in upside down. No need for a new pool heater. After this, I was upset and called Pool Cleaners

I hired this company to service my pool. I assumed the person who came to clean and treat my pool was knowledgeable and experienced. He was here for five minutes. He might even have damaged my pool. He added chemicals that were not needed. He knew nothing about pool service. I tried to ask him questions, but he did not speak English. I called the office to discuss my dissatisfaction. The customer service representative I spoke with was not interested in my concerns. She said if I don't like the service that I should use another company. The general manager returned my call and said they will come back and clean the pool correctly. The problem is that the pool should have been professionally cleaned the FIRST time as per my agreement with the company. I will never use this company again a
