Pool Company - Precision Pavers and Pool Design

I hired Precision Pavers and Pool Design to remodel my pool and the results were excellent. The work was professional and high quality. Special thanks to Tony, the owner, for his professionalism and project management. Highly recommended.

Very poor workmanship and customer service. We had 3 separate walk throughs to address our concerns. One with Adrian, and he was no help and had no one come out to fix the issues and two separate walk throughs with Tony which he helped with some repairs but every time a tech came out they fixed one thing and screwed up multiple other things . The last tech that came out back in November 2025 chipped multiple pieces of marble and ran his saw down multiple joints of the marble leaving ugly gaps. On top of that our plaster has chips in it and they put a smaller pool pump in then what I was quoted. They also messed up our sliding glass door track, which took them multiple times to fix wasting 20 plus pieces of marble. Which I have now spare marble now. We have called and text multiple times sa

If you’re looking for a professional, affordable company who does quality work, call Adrian or Tony at Precision! I got about 5 quotes and ended up going with these guys because of the customer service, honesty, and readiness to complete the work, and so glad I did. Adrain is a great salesman and very nice and I gotta say Tony was a man of his word and his team came out on a Sunday and got the job done! It Came out just as expected and more! They even went above and beyond helping me out with my drainage system, which I’m very grateful for, another reason why I went with them.I’m happy all around and you will be too. I just knew I had the right company with experience and now I can enjoy many summers to come with my family, so thanks Precision for making a small dream become a reality.
