I trust them with my pool and hot tub needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Just ordered a hot tub cover, which is not the easiest thing to do because of corner radius. They made it quick & simple, and it arrived faster than expected. Five stars all the way!

Prices are high and the old male owner was rude. He couldn't be bothered to stop his conversation to help his employee help me and when he finally did it felt like I was bothering him and he couldn't care less. Glad your business is doing so well that you don't need common courtesy when dealing with a new customer.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was so helpful and answered all of my questions. He knew exactly what to do after our pool was flooded with our neighbors dirt and rock pile! I didn’t think I’d ever get my pool back without draining it and starting over!

I’ve been using Pool Mart since 2008 when they installed my pool. Gene is the very best, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I have followed his pool chemical advice from day 1 and have never had a green/cloudy pool ever. Recommend this company, they make you feel like family. Now looking to purchase a spa.
