Pool Operation Management

I recently overheard a Zoom session for one of Pool Operation Management’s courses, and I was truly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the Florida-based instructor. This was not a group of teenagers—everyone on the call sounded like mature adults, many likely over 50—yet the instructor spoke to them in an absolutely unacceptable and demeaning manner. She yelled at students for basic things like using the bathroom and spoke to the class in a tone that was rude, abrasive, and frankly embarrassing. I have never heard an instructor address grown adults with such disrespect. It was uncomfortable just listening in, and I can’t imagine how unpleasant it must have been for the people actually taking the course. I have used this company for myself and all my employees. Never had any issues until now. The online class for testing was suppose to be around 1 pm, didn't start until 3pm. My employee had to call out for his evening job and I had to pay extra for his time to complete test. I spoke with company and they didn't offer any help or retesting without extra charges after already paying $450 for the online test!

Amy from Pool Operation Management is great! She goes above and beyond to make sure they help you. Very honest. I use them year after year to open/close and service my inground pool. I would highly recommend.

I recently took their synchronous/online "Pool Director" course. To be honest, I came in with incredibly low expectations, and was completely shocked with what it turned out to be. Without a doubt, this is the BEST online course I have taken, thus far, in my life. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and practical. The course was well organized and worth every penny. Additionally, their customer service agents are excellent, professional, and friendly. Thank you!
