We had a wonderful experience with Pool Quest. The communication was great with our designer, the office staff and our project manager. You'll enjoy working with Pool Quest's staff - they work hard so you can have the pool of your dreams. The project started with a timeline outlining each step and what to expect. Completion time was around 5 weeks. (Pool plaster is Peerless Pebble - Sky Blue. It's a beautiful light/medium blue. The tiles are Aquabella Villanova) This was our second pool build with Pool Quest, but it had been 22 years since the first time. Our Pool Quest experience was phenomenal, We met with Nick and explained what we were wanting and he came up with a great design he even gave us some great suggestions! Once we agreed on the design and signed the contract we began the process and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went, and appreciated all of the communication between us, the office and Jeff. Everyone with Pool Quest who had hands on building our backyard oasis were professional, and always available for questions. This was our 2nd pool build and the experience was 100 times better than we had with the 1st builder. Pool Quest, hands down THE best company for your new pool build. From the sales staff - Matthew, to scheduling - Gina and Kim- to the project manager, Randy - they have their A-game on point and really put the customer first. Literally took us 5 weeks to go from a hole in our backyard to a beautiful new pool - thank to this team. The staff are so helpful and they def lean on their core values of integrity - they made a minor mistake right, with no battle. They really serve as a true partner in such a big investment as a pool - highly, highly recommend this team and company.

From the moment we met James (Pool-Quest designer) we felt we were in great hands. He introduced and educated us on Pool-Quest, how the company, their process, the number of pools the built (limited to focus on quality, craftsmanship and accurate scheduling). From there is was on to design. This was our first pool so we had a lot of questions. With each step of the design James educated us on each component, design options and costs. We had a few 3D rendering and video meetings that incorporated our home, yard and surrounding area. Intentionally incorporated to help us see our vision. Once we started (from dig to swimming) we were advised by the Pool-Quest team daily. The process was flawless. Yes we had a few days of delay, but that was due to extreme heat. Highly recommended! Quality and building process was the main reason we choose Pool-Quest. On excavation day, Walter (Owner), his son, Derick, and the whole crew were triple checking everything. Nicholas and his great design expertise sealed the deal. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Derick, Project Manager and a Army Veteran, took care of any issues or concerns we had during the building process. Our family will enjoy the pool for many many years.
