Pool & Spa Depot

My favorite part about this pool store is all the showroom examples and real pool displays, so you can get a better idea of what their products will look like in your backyard or home. They also have reserved parking for veterans, which I think is nice. A huge thank you to Rilee, who is always helpful and provides service with a smile!

We are extremely pleased with our experience at Pool and Spa Depot of Tullahoma while purchasing our hot tub. We went into the store three different times while doing our research, and each visit Steve and Zac were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They even checked other stores’ inventory when we were considering different options. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We will absolutely continue to use Pool and Spa Depot of Tullahoma for all of our pool and spa needs and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a hot tub.

Purchased an above ground pool and a hot tub from Pool and Spa Depot in Tullahoma. Gabe Williams was knowledgeable with the product and very clear on his explanation of things I asked him. He is very knowledgeable about the tubs and you feel he is there to get you the best deal for you without coming across as being pushy or rude like a lot of salesmen. The whole process went smoothly I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

We needed an emergency patch kit at 3pm on a Saturday. Thankful for the weekend hours at this location. The customer service on the phone and in person was amazing! Derrick explained a better way to apply a patch. We will make our larger purchases here because of this. Thank you so much!
