Roscoe Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

My compressor went bad in my HVAC condenser. Roscoe Brown sent out two of the most knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate technicians to my residence for the repair, Landon and Troy. These gentleman explained the repair thoroughly, and completed the job quickly. My HVAC sounds and runs better than it did when it was new. I also appreciate Troy and Landon explaining the Roscoe Brown Maintenance Program, which would ultimately save me from further HVAC failure in the future. Both Landon and Troy deserve more than pat on the back for making a return customer proud that I chose Roscoe Brown.

Normally I don’t post but this team deserves the praise. Initially called for a sewage problem I wanted inspected. I called and the same day in less than two hours (William Gragg) showed up. He was very thorough and fixed the problem initially. The house is old, built in the 50’s. I knew sooner or later the old pipes that were galvanized and cast iron needed to be replaced. So after fixing the problem William went under and through the whole house and got a quote together to completely overhaul all the pipes and plumbing through the entire house by the next day. I can’t stress how amazing the team was that came out and did the job. This was a week before Christmas, and (Trey Brown) and (Hunter Haut) worked endlessly to get us back in the house before Christmas Eve. They ripped out all the

I initially scheduled a water heater service to get my unit checked out. While clearing a path to the 11 yo unit the night before, I noticed it was leaking water from the top. When the technician called to tell me they were on the way the next day, I explained the situation and they said it wouldn't be a problem. William Gragg arrived and promptly got to work checking, then removing the old unit. He had a new water heater installed and working before lunchtime, by himself. Made it look easy, but I am so thankful I didn't have to tackle it myself. Awesome service and great communication!

I filled out the online request for service at 10pm and by 7:45am I had received a response. The office staff was very professional and got me scheduled for 9:30 same day. William and Trey arrived early and by 10:45 they had removed the old water heater, installed the new one, purge the water lines, hauled away the old heater and cleaned up. Both we extremely efficient and professional. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased will my experience and will definitely use Rosvoe Brown - Tullahoma again for my plumbing needs.

Kris with a k came over to my house to repair a leaking outdoor spigot. Knowing it was supposed to freeze for the next few days he literally stood up there in 45° weather with rain coming down and repaired it beautifully. Not once complained or told me about his life story, just came in did the job without leaving a mess....just assurances.
