Brad was absolutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. He checked on the job daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and took the time to explain each step along the way. Once the work was complete, he carefully went over the after-care process so I’d know exactly how to maintain the new surface. The quality of the work is top-notch, and my pool looks brand new. Full pool and deck renovation completed. Erosion issues caused deck cracks. Our pool, pump, and heater were also showing their advanced age and were on their last legs. We received bids from 3 companies—no regrets whatsoever about having selected Pool Specialists. Brad is highly experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, hands-on / no nonsense, and very responsive. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. Cannot say how relieved we are that it is done and that we used Pool Specialists. Extremely happy with our newly refinished salt water pool!! Mr. Holston was very knowledgeable and efficient. The job from start to finish was two and a half weeks.
