This pool watch company is employed through the board of our association in our private community. Within the last years that they have worked here, there have been numerous problems. The pool manager, Seth, has threatened taking residents pool passes from them and calling the police on residents. He told multiple residents that they will be removed from this association before the pool company ever has a chance of being removed. This company is very out of line and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend ever hiring this company for anything.
The attendants the hire do nothing to keep the pool safe. They had AirPods in and their heads down looking at their phones.
