I wish I could give more than five stars. Trandon and Jeremiah were absolutely fantastic. For them to come out in the cold to my home in Appleton and deal with my mess while closing my pool for winter was way above and beyond anything I expected. They even shoveled my walkway without me asking. The customer care at Pool Works is on a completely different level — far better than what you get from most contractors in any industry. I’d recommend Pool Works to anyone and everyone in Appleton or the surrounding area without hesitation.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Pool Works. Everything from our initial meetings with the sales staff, to the design process, through construction and completion of the project went smoothly. The staff was responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the project and continue to be helpful after. Learning how to keep chemicals balanced can seem difficult at first, but the team is very good at educating us, and they offer free water testing to help you out. When we have an issue with our chemicals/pH being off, Christian has been a great resource for helping us figure out how to get the pool water rebalanced. I have not had a negative experience with any of the staff. I would highly recommend them for any project!

The materials and quality of workmanship are great and we are very pleased with the new inground pool that was just completed at our home. Each of the Poolworks Team Members were very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. The end result is a pool that I know my entire family will enjoy for years to come. Thanks to each of you who worked on making our dream come true.

Nick Arndt and the Poolworks team was very easy to work with. The comprehensive pricing approach including installation was far superior to two other local options. The installation was crazy good. They installed new Jacuzzi at our cottage down a huge hill, on back deck, and hauled away old hot tub. I was very upfront about the complexities of the install and they were not concerned and did not disappoint. Thanks gentlemen!

Christian at Pool Works was such a great helper recently when we were in to buy pool supplies. It was so nice to have someone help me get everything into the car. We love our pool from Pool Works.
