Pool World - Coeur d'Alene

Pool world has great deals in the spring, we jumped on the Flash Model which is a 7 seater for a few thousand off of it's original price. Casey the manager gave us a lot of bonus items to help with salt water treatment in it's earlier stages. Great payment options as well. It's been a few months since then and we just recently went in to grab done ph decreaser and shock it, and Casey remembered us plus have us a discount on the supplies. I would highly recommend going in and looking around, check on prices, loan approval or even just to dream about having one, my wife has wanted one for 15 years, and this year I was able to make her dream come true, thanks to Casey and Pool World for their wonderful service and flash sales and discounts that make it affordable!

Initially our experience was not positive due to buying our hot tub in Costco from a Pool World employee who misrepresented his status in the company, and not long after was no longer working for Pool World (unrelated to our experience). Our hot tub was delayed and the inner color ordered was incorrect, however, Casey Flynn did all he could to make it right. Once we began working with Casey, he was attentive and focused on making our experience a good one after the rough start. Casey returns emails and has answered questions in a timely manner. He also has checked in regularly to make sure there are no issues. We are grateful this purchase has turned out well!

After shopping around we found the nicest people and the best prices at Pool World. Casey is very knowledgeable and helped us discover the perfect hot tub at the perfect price. Great store if you want to shop or get info about hot tubs, pools, saunas, or grills. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They can help you get any info they have available and send you to sites that you can search out more if you still need other resources. Check them out and find something you want.

We purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from Pool World in Coeur d’ Alene. The staff has been great to work with, specifically Casey and Samantha. On the day on delivery Casey was there to make sure everything went smoothly, which of course it did. Pool World in Coeur d’ Alene was great to do business with.
