We had an outstanding experience with Pool World! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch and the craftsmanship was excellent. A big shout out to Dave, Ed, Debbie, and the rest of the crew – they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They installed all new pool plumbing, put in a beautiful new liner, and converted us over to a saltwater system. Everything was done with care, attention to detail, and on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Pool World if you’re looking for a family business you can trust with your pool project!

PoolWorld owner and staff were great. Didn’t try to oversell me on a bigger job. Price was reasonable and workmanship was first rate. They worked hard, fast and efficient. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful honest and kind. I was lucky she had a team available and Nick and his colleague were exceptionally knoeledgable and professional . Gave me a short term solution and clearly stated my long term fix. Devinstrly highly recommend in all ways !

TERRIBLE experience. Pool was leaking water. Dave, Pool World owner, said to cap main drain and install a new liner to remedy issue. Liner was only 6 yrs old and no leak was detected in liner. WE TRUSTED DAVE, so we followed his instructions and paid him to cap the main drain (bottom of pool) and installed a new liner (approx $5K). Now pool doesn’t circulate water. Dave explained the line from skimmer to pump needs to be replaced, but his company doesn’t provide this service. Dave’s instructions: “Contact the company who installed your pool.” Holiday Pools, who initially installed pool 40 yrs ago, said pool lines should be replaced BEFORE a new liner is installed. QUESTION: WHY didn’t Dave assure the pool lines were functioning properly PRIOR to selling us a brand new liner that probably w

Everyone at Pool World has been extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process of building our pool. It is a process that you usually only do once. They made it a good experience from start to finish. Thank you to all!
