Poole's Appliance Repairs

Carl is deffintly my go to for appliance repair, we have an older model HVAC that was having some trouble working during the summer, we call a different person initially who essentially just looked at it stuck a meter to it and said its doing whats its supposed to be doing, carl answered a request i put up for help, he got the air flowing and even made some suggestions for better way to apply the filter to the unit, fast forward to this past week, we had a power outage and the heat exchanger and fan died on our unit, called carl and dude came through for us again, got the old unit running right. I have been nothing but impressed with his professionalism and even explains and shows you exactly whats wrong and what hes gonna do to fix it. If i could add more stars i would, thank you carl!!

Carl Poole is NOT an appliance repair technician. He made four trips to our home, replaced nearly every component on our refrigerator, charged us nearly $2000 and never once was able to get the refrigerator to begin cooling. Now he has taken the money and ran. He won't take or return our phone calls. He is a fraud. Legal action pending.

Carl was beyond helpful. Diagnosed the issued and even replaced a fridge and hauled off old one.

Very professional and very informative. Got referred to contact him through two other technicians over a problem with my fridge to find the solution within just a few phone calls. Highly recommended!

Was hired by choice home warranty. Came out, replaced unit, installed drain pipe in wrong hole an flooded supply vent hose from water draining from unit into house. Called to come out an repair damage an was ghosted.
