We have had our pool for 3 years. Ignoring how terrible the experience of the install was, every year things are broken. This year they stopped fixing it. Our travertine is cracking everywhere. The pool features don’t work. The control box works about half the time. The app for the control box works inconsistently. They have a key employee named Terry. He is awesome. Otherwise, I’m so frustrated I made a six figure mistake with this company. Update: ownership has changed and new ownership has vowed to be here to help with issues.

York Pools are simply fantastic; they did an excellent job on the installation of our pool and have done everything possible to keep us active for the last three years through mice nesting in the heater to me messing up my chems! They're simply wonderful.

Professional, reliable, honest. They show up when they schedule, do a great job opening and closing our pool. Looks how great my pool looks! They closed it last year and this is one day after opening.

In the market for a pool installation and Trevor was the first to respond, first to make an appointment and was so professional. Customer service is everything to me and I have zero doubt in their professionalism, and desire to jump right in to take care of the client's needs! Impressed!
