Jay Lakes and crew at pools HD are always very professional and knowledgeable about their business and products. They are always extremely patient with all the questions I have. We have had our fiberglass pool 4 years now and have been extremely happy with making the decision to go with them for our pool purchase.

Our pool opened this week ☀️❤️starting our 7th year of loving our fiberglass pool. It's easy to care for, and we've had no issues in all these years. Pools-HD installed our beautiful pool, and they come every spring to open it and every fall to close it. They are the best, quickly answering every question we've had. I know that if and when we move, my pool will be what I miss the most. We are very happy with our inground fiberglass pool installed by Pools- HD 2 years ago. Jay Lakes guided us through the entire process from choosing the pool to best fit our needs, helping us to determine a good location in our yard and readily answering any questions we had. Jay goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service and it doesn't end after you purchase your pool. Our pool was installed over 3 years ago and he welcomes our calls and answers questions in a timely manner. We had a great experience with Pools-HD

Heading in to our 4th summer and we are still very happy with our pool. Our project turned out exactly as expected, it was installed earlier than quoted, and there were no unexpected costs. We would absolutely make the choice of a fiberglass pool again (we’ve had a liner pool in the past) and would use PoolsHD. Jay is always responsive to our needs and questions. We have referred several friends to Jay and will continue to do so.
