I had a concrete issue with the coping on my fiberglass pool. Since I haven’t been able to contact my pool builder in months, I contacted Shane at Pools of Longview. He made 1 phone call and my concrete problem looks like it was never there. Great service and great price. His guys are the best!! Will be using them in the future!!

Shane was hands-on & present on the job every day, keeping us informed every step of the way. His communication, professionalism & commitment to quality truly set his company apart. We went from breaking ground to plaster in 59 days with lots of rain. The entire process was smooth, timely & exceeded our expectations. His crew was always polite, hard working, cleaned up & NEVER on their phones. We highly recommend Pools of Longview. We had a great experience working with Shane Palmer and his crews. Shane took us to some of his previous builds to see his work. He listened to what we wanted and designed us a beautiful pool that fit into our existing structures. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. He kept us informed on the schedule and was at our house on the job every day throughout the entire process. Our pool was built within the time frame he quoted. We couldn’t be happier with our pool!
