Pools Plus - Pool Plaster Visalia & Pool Service Visalia

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s service. They were responsible for maintaining my elderly neighbor’s pool and repeatedly told her everything was fine, when in reality the filter had been broken the entire time. This ongoing issue was never properly addressed, and it ultimately led to a flood at her home. It’s very concerning that a serious problem was either missed or ignored, especially when servicing an elderly customer who relied on their expertise. This situation could have been prevented with proper inspection and honest communication. I would strongly caution others before using this company.

Wouldn't use this company if I had a pool after what I just seen on the road by one of the drivers... No regard for road safety! Blows threw a stop sign on st John's Park way like nothing cause they had to wait for 2 cars... Totally uncalled for!! What if there was children around or people in general!? As someone who drives for a living I respect everything an everyone on the road no matter what the work load holds or good or bad day I still respect the road an the job. What I seen today was total disrespect all around!! White Toyota prius is what it was if that helps...

Pools Plus did an entire remodel of our 20+ year old pool and it came out absolutely perfect. Friendly, prompt, and easy experience working with all the employees. Especially the startup process after all the new equipment and plaster was finished. Top notch service, highly recommended.

Our pool system is working better than it did when first installed! Outstanding quality of work and a true expert in this field. I would highly recommend Cody and this team to anyone who has a pool in need of servicing, warranty work or repair.

Had my pool re-plastered. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend this company. They did great work and in an efficient and timely manner. Every crew member for each step including changing out the pool pump were professionals in what they do. Thank you.
