Platinum honors its commitment to customers. Many thanks to Terence Crawford for troubleshooting our recent pump issue. Our warranty was honored and we received very prompt and professional service from Terence. We have had minor issues in the past 2.5 years, but we have always received prompt and courteous service. I would recommend Platinum.

Platinum is horrible, it was such a painful experience all the way through. I know every company has bad reviews, but this one is really terrible. We were quoted 6 to 9 months to completion, construction should’ve started shortly after our new build was completed (the contracts were signed 6 months prior). I moved in my house February 2022, it is now September 2023 and I still do not have a pool. After the original plans were done I requested the pool be shifted and added a heater, which they quickly accepted the money to make these changes, but apparently never completed the change request so all the trades coming out to the house had the wrong plans, I had to provide them the plan personally. It took me a while to post this review as I wanted to spell out the facts and not post off pure emotion. We had our meeting with them on September 5th 2020. I am having a house built in Queen Creek and Richmond American has Platinum Pools & Spas as their preferred pool builder, so we thought we would give them a try. Wow, what a waste of time! We arrived at our appointment with Paul Martin about 15 or 20 minutes early. The person at the front desk was friendly and politely let us know that Paul was not quite ready to meet with us. Paul was obviously irritated that we had showed up early, even though we were clearly not in a hurry to start our "consultation". From the very beginning with making an appointment with Customer Concierge ; to the Project Manager, coming out to my house to survey & measure my backyard and he designed my pool right on the spot. Larry was great and came to my house twice to make sure that everything that I wanted in the design of my pool was included before we moved on in the process; to , Construction Manager, and his great team were awesome and all about making sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I was not at home, they sent me pictures of what was being done everyday. Larry is a very patient guy and great at what he does! Unfortunately we can only echo the previous poor reviews, and essentially for the same reasons. Richmond Home buyers here too. Other neighbors of ours have designed, ordered and built their pools with competitors of Platinum and have been swimming for months already. In fact, 2 neighbors had entire projects completed in less time than it took Platinum to dig a hole in our yard. 11 months now and we still don’t have the correct equipment, final electric or Pebbletech. It took 10 months to build our entire house!!!!!! Completely baffled how this place can still be in business honestly. Ill update this when we are finished.
