My mom has been paying these people almost $200 a month for a very long time they never come, and when they do all they do is turn The filter system on in the pool if it was turned off. they don't even clean out the debris or put chemicals in. After a long time of this going on, I finally got my husband to get up there because I figured they may respect a man better than an elderly woman, Such As my mom. They assured us that they would come as they were scheduled to, and do what they were supposed to. My daughter was excited to get in the pool for Memorial Day. Well the pool looks worse than a swamp infested with alligators. I have attached pictures. It is dark green, murky, cloudy and has a ton of debris in it -- so we cannot enjoy our pool on Memorial Day weekend even though we are Payi

UPDATE: After a bit of a slow start in May, my pool service and pool water have been good since then. I've used my pool this summer and enjoyed it very much. Post from May: I agree with the last few reviews... I've been using them exclusively for 15 years. Minimals issues in the past. However, lately, there seems to be an issue of hiring qualified people (2018) that are willing to work. In all fairness, it's hard to find decent help in this county. That said, my pool is suffering. Yesterday I could see racoon prints in the green algae growing on the top step IN the pool. They came yesterday and "cleaned.". Today, no paw prints on the top step. However, it's still green and you can't even see the bottom. I will change my review if things change this week. If not, I'm calling

I called to get my system checked and make sure everything was working before summer really hit. I didn’t get a call back for 3 days then was told he was going to come out the next day but didn’t show. The day after he was supposed to show up I got a call in morning saying he could maybe make it out around lunch. When they finally showed up he said I needed to backwash and adjust my jets to create more of a whirlpool effect. He couldn’t do it though cause his back hurt. He then went on to tell me my gauge was broken and needed a new one. He mentioned he wouldn’t buy the one he had and to get one filled with oil not air because they are more accurate. Then left without doing anything to the pool. A week later I receive a bill for $120 for service to the pool and a gauge I never bought…

We Just bought our new house and moved in last week. We called to let them know we just moved in and get a quote to continue their cleaning services. We havent yet decided if we want to continue services and are currently shopping around. They informed us that we are paid for scheduled service for our address until the end of the month but did not indicate when or what day they would arrive. I assumed I would get a knock at my door when they showed but, today I went to walk out my back door to find the pool tech cleaning my pool. Unannounced. I dont know if this was an acceptable arrangement with the prior owners but, I'm thankful my rottweiler was inside when he entered my 6ft wood fence into my backyard without permission. My wife spoke to Leon for service on and explained that we needed a pool cleaning, chemical and setup as well as look at our vacuum robot that wasn't working. This was for a new house we just purchased. The day of the service I came home and the pool still had debris in it and the broken robot vacuum was in the pool. The salt water converter was not functioning and later inspection found that the cable was unplugged form the unit. Once the unit turned on it indicated a low salt warning which shows they did not add any chemicals. I called multiple times and talked to Mike and he explained that he didn't have any documentation as to what the bill would be.
