Pop-A-Lock

(In my opinion) Great experience for me! Guy came within 20 mins or so. He got the job done! Would def use them again if need be! Really nice and cool guy!

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! BRITTON REBOUCHE OR whatever his name is. I've been waiting for more than an Hr already and that's why I'm calling but THIS GUY instead of working towards helping me or asking how much more time it would take... he just MADE MY DAY GO WORST..He was EXTREMELY RUDE I've been working in customer service since I began my career, therefore I don't accept Rudeness when assisting a Client. EVEN if my day is not going well I always TREAT MY CLIENTS WITH RESPECT. Obviously he Doesn't care about clients.

Yesterday (4/24/25) at 1:34 PM Pop-a-lock was called to open a vehicle because the keys were locked inside. In the 20 minutes we waited for them to arrive we were able to get the vehicle open, so at 1:53 PM Pop-a-lock was called to cancel the call. According to the dispatcher the call was cancelled, and they would not be coming. At 1:55 PM Wesley from Pop-a-lock pulled into the parking lot in an abrasive manner and proceeded to exit his vehicle. We informed him that the call had already been cancelled and his services were NOT needed. He replied "I know I was trying to visit my grandmother in the nursing home" in an abrasive tone. He then proceeded to speak to the staff at the clinic in a rude, unprofessional manner, insulting our security officer and then saying, "this is why I don't give

The lady that answered the phone was very rude. When I had a question she would say if you would just shut up and listen to me then you'd know. I do not recommend at all.

I thought they were 24 hours. That’s a lie. Locksmith is done for the day and it’s 2pm on a Thursday 🚮
