Pop-A-Lock of Alexandria

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he's their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn't. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.

Unfortunately last night I didn’t have the same luck as the others with the person sent to help me. The person charged me $275 just to drill the lock. And then he was going to charge me $200 plus to give a new key. What I said, no and then I had to call a new person from a different company or dispatch, who told me the whole work was about the $275, same initial charge. I recommend the company be careful who you send.

Jeff was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and charged a reasonable price. I had him do two jobs for me. He re-keyed a car key on one job and he replaced and re-pinned four house locks. He worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him.

I called and set up an appointment at my work . The gentleman who came out was very professional and took pride in his job . Within a few minutes he programs my 2 key fobs and I was able to get back to work ! It was great I didn’t have to loose a day of work !an amazing job Thank You!
