We purchased a new home with only a small usable backyard because of how it sloped down. Before going under contract we looked into a few options for adding dirt and grading the yard, as we didn’t want to make an offer if we couldn’t improve it. We ended up working with Chris. He was great every step of the way, explaining different ways the 9 truckloads of dirt could be used. He kept in mind HOA grading requirements and keeping our neighbors happy as well (mindful of property lines and drainage). He was honest in that the vision might change as we saw the dirt coming in. Pope's Grading did an awesome job on a property I have in Taylorsville, NC. We needed an existing trail cut out, widened and turned in to a driveway from the street several hundred yards in to the property. They communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we were aware of daily progress with the project. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I couldn't be any happier.
