I have used Poplar Bluff Overhead Door in the past and have been very pleased. Last week, I was having an issue with the motorized part of my garage and reached out to Jeff. He asked questions and I provided pics. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable which included travel, parts and installation. Services were completed the next day!! I highly recommend Poplar Bluff Overhead Door!!

Very professional and fast service. Price was very reasonable. Jimmie was a huge help and very respectful. I dreaded calling when our old motor started to smoke and quit working at 7:30 am. They had my garage door updated and back to working by 11 am. From the first phone call to the final handshake I am very thrilled and happy with my service. Would definitely recommend their anyone.

I have always had good service. Last week was no different. I had a problem with my 20+ year old door opener. The guys worked hard at trying to revive it. But it just wasn’t possible. They were back the next morning with the new unit and got it installed and put in extra work to adjust the door. Shout out to Jeff and Ernie on their hard work.

Very disorganized and long wait periods for serves and forgets customers. Claims to a Christian but is very greedy.

Sent guy to fix my door, ruined it more. Called owner and blamed me for the issue. Poor poor poor service
