Poppert Milling

We had the same experience as the prior review, no follow through, call back, nothing. As a matter a fact, while writing this review, we haven't even told them we went another route. Waiting to see if they EVER call. My boyfriend has gone there"5" times. 2 times to place orders, the other 3 times to check on status and everyone, oh we will get right to it and call you. And again, NO call! We haven't cancelled our order, because honestly we do not think there will ever be one, but if so, maybe not communicating we are cancelling will put them in a bind as they did us, countless times. My guess is they're loaded or just plain lazy, because they do not care about making money.

I called them and made the order by phone. The women told me to wait quote. No body call me back. Next day I called again, she told me that forgot and it will cost about $400. I agree but how long I need to wait? - I sad. He sad, I will ask on production and call you back. That"s it, no one call me back. I wish such a company never exist because I lost two days with them.

Sept 2018 we took him our wood. We called and visited repeatedly for five years. We never got a good answer. Finally, 2023 we caught him there. He stated “Your wood blew up in the kiln.” Google search doesn’t have any kiln problems like that. He’s simply a liar.

Have been doing business with Poppert Milling for 8 years. They have a lot on their plate, but they will always get back to you. They have always taken care of us :)

Orderd what I needed had to wait 3 weeks for kilming. Waited three weeks snow fell 3weeks later they never cut my wood bad attitude is what I got and now to late to build
