Port Authority Bus Terminal

It is what it is, the NY bus terminal. There are good spots and spots where you need to pay attention. Lots of police around if you need them.

Bathrooms filthy. Homeless all over the place and smells bad. What your belongings and kids. Hard to navigate inside to where you have to go.

We just visited NYC over the holidays. I was dreading driving in the city. Nelson, Laz Parking gave me his personal cell phone # & said I could call him once we got into the city if we needed directions. I did end up calling him when we got there. He answered the call & was on the phone w/ me for about 10 minutes until we got into the parking garage. Super nice guy & excellent customer service. Thank you Nelson. You were a lifesaver that day.

The area was busy but great There was regular cleaning of the bathroom

An actual joke. Went to the ticketing booth on 3 seperate occasions to catch a bus out of New York, every single time they have put us on a bus going in the wrong direction or not stopping at our stop. Give me my money back and train your staff better. Incredibly disappointed with the service out of new York. Going into new York from Jersey, and any trains throughout Manhattan and new york have been painless and done their job correctly. Going out? You'd have better luck playing Russian roulett with a single empty barrel.
