Port Huron Ace Hardware

Came here to have a spare key made for my car and the staff I encountered were all super friendly and helpful! I did have to come back in a few times in order to get it all taken care of, but the staff helped ensure I was taken care of and made it worthwhile. Definitely much better than needing to go to the dealership and spending a ton of money. Dave, Jimmy and Cassie were the staff members that helped me and they were all extremely kind. Jimmy made and synced my new key in a matter of minutes!

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. They live up to their jingle and have a great supply of small parts drawers to assist in finding very special items not found in most other stores.

Great helpful service. David was amazing in service; very knowledgable and got my battery key fob switched out quickly and a second key fob on order. All done with a bright smile on his face. Fast service was greatly welcomed when trying to handle two autistic boys at the same time. Welcome done.

Great customer service!!! I was walking in with my keys on my wrist strap and it broke an my keys fell off. I was disappointed since I just bought it recently. The gentleman working said let me take a look at it. He fixed it for me an has been working ever since. He just fixed it out of the kindness of his heart. I love our local Ace Hardware they are always kind an courtesy.

Manager Rick, if you could even call him that, has got to have the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Very rude and unsightly fellow he is. I will never be back to Ace. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
