This business offers World Class Customer Service so if you are looking for flooring this is the spot..I Visited this Store yesterday looking to match a piece of tile for one of my commercial customers. All I had was one piece as a sample and absolutely no idea who made it but as soon as I showed her my sample she told me immediately that it was a discontinued Daltile product but it was really popular so maybe some of her suppliers still had some in stock & She called them all, searched the internet and even went into her shop and looked through every nook and cranny of the building. She was not able to sell me anything but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying. Thank you again .

Tile work was excellent however, be careful with the quote! While we were told the end amount of the job could be less if the number of trips required was less that was not how they handled the final bill. They charged us the quote amount despite the fact that the job ended up requiring less time and trips. Was told that was what the installer expected so that was what we had to pay. Poor business practices, but excellent tile work.

We bought our first home, and we were able to get the exact tiles we needed to redo our fireplace. After checking multiple places Porter’s had the best price and the fastest delivery. All the tiles were perfectly in tacked, and the customer service was amazing. I’ll add some pictures. You guys allowed us to make our home ours.

I can’t say enough good about this place! Their customer service is excellent and we are really VERY happy with our flooring, countertops and backsplash. Stephanie was my lead design consultant and she and others there worked closely with me to make my vision a reality in our new rustic modern cabin. Any tiny issues after installation were immediately taken care of. These people really pay close attention to customer satisfaction and I recommend them highly.
