Portice Carpet One Floor & Home

This was the easiest purchase of carpet I ever made. I only needed a remnant to repair a damaged carpet and the store's selection was plentiful. The business carries a wide selection of other flooring as well since I considered tile. Great experience and highly recommend.

Great customer service. Portice installed carpet in a basement BR and basement stairs some years ago. Great install. Fast forward, we needed a repair on the basement stairs. Talked to Penny on a Friday afternoon after a really bad week for her. Vandals had shot the glass in the store's front door... what-a-pain. Regardless, Penny followed up and connected us with one of her very qualified installers (Rich Jones BTW) who called us that same day to arrange the repair (which looks great). Fortunately, we had saved some remnants from the earlier work which were also exposed to foot traffic and that really saved our bacon. If you have carpet installed by anyone, I recommend you do the same. Don't trash the remnants. Thanks, Penny, for making this happen so seamlessly. Hope the front door

We are very happy with the selection of flooring and carpeting at Portice. Dave was very helpful with measuring and confirming availability of product. We needed to have one section corrected and they took care of it within the week of installation. The installation crew were also great to work with, and left the area cleaned up where they were cutting the wood flooring. Portice is a great local business to work with.

We wanted a beautiful wood-look pet proof floor for our living room and kitchen. We shopped around and Portice had the best options for colour and price. We chose luxury vinyl planks. Super happy with the product and the excellent service. Great staff both in the showroom and on the installation team. They all went the extra mile to make sure that we were 100% happy with the product and the installation. Highly recommend Portice!

It was amazing to watch how the installer; Ray, and his crew of three others worked together to install our carpet. The installation went off with out a hitch. I recommend this company and Dave, the salesman, very highly. Dave was a no pressure salesman but he also was a carpet installer before, so he knows what to look at from the other side also. We are very happy with the whole experience.
