It’s normal to expect a neighbor not to direct mud and other garden debris from their property onto ours while using a pressure washer. If a neighbor leaves a dirty mess in front of our house, they should clean it up, especially if they know we spend a lot of time taking care of our property so it looks nice and clean.

The street in front of the house is a public street. For several years, my visitors and contractors have been told not to park there because the neighbors say they run a business and the area is not available for parking. This has caused confusion and inconvenience, as it is public parking.

We added a second story new addition master bath, laundry and closet. It was a big project and Bill handled it with integrity and got the job done.
