We had been in a rush to get our so son’s carpet replaced in his room. We were able to call Portsmouth quality flooring and they responded right away. They were able to come out the very next day and did an excellent job. Steven Iacono greeted me at the door, his knowledge of product, price, advice and assistance was excellant! At no time did he make me feel rushed or feel pressure to make a decision. He showed me many samples to choose from. He even Sent me e-mails pictures of what I liked even after I left the store to help decide on color. Also, gave me samples to take home to match my decor. We are very pleased with the recent flooring selection and installation by Portsmouth Quality flooring. The flooring was installed over an older tile floor in our family room and PQF, particularly Steven showed us the various options and helped guide us to the best choice for our project. The materials were delivered within the expected timeframe and the installation by the PQF contractor went very smoothly and professionally. We plan on using PQF for future flooring needs.
