Eric, Dan, and Adam from Poseidon are incredible! We needed a new pool heater for our indoor pool, and our space available was so very tight to say the least. They were able to find one that was perfect for the space, were kind and thoughtful to coordinate with our busy schedule, and installed the new heater beautifully and quickly. We were also able to get some very important tips from them about our pool in the process. The whole crew is highly knowledgable, incredibly friendly, quick and efficient. Poseidon is certainly now my go to for any pool issues, we HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are fabulous! Prompt, friendly and professional customer service by expert technicians. We used them specifically to troubleshoot, repair and replace Pentair pool equipment after exposure to a power surge. The surge came at a particularly bad time -- we had an end of year pool party scheduled for our kids in five days, and unless the equipment that needed replacing could be installed immediately, we'd have to cancel. To make matters worse, Pentair automation products are a bit of a speciality item, and even my original (and very unreliable) installer seemed to know little beyond the basics. Everyone I dealt with at Poseidon was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Eric always took time to answer my questions and when I had to leave a message he always returned the call in a timely manner or emailed necessary papers. Erin facilitated a discount that was very helpful. The installers of my pool filter, Adam and Dan were professional, fast and very pleasant to deal with.

Charge high and barely no service. I have sent them the pictures of the timer. If that’s something you cannot handle, please don’t take it. Came and took some pictures. Left in 10 minutes. Did not give me any response until I called. Then send a quote to replace the whole pump even though the pump is doing fine. Not professional and not recommend.
