Post Falls

Burke's Restoration main office in Montana, as well as, Peter Marshall in the Spokane office ignored my cries as to my belongings that were stolen by Burke's Restoration in Post Falls, Idaho, by Tawney. Furniture, (a Hall Tree), personal belongings, that cannot be replaced. And missing parts of my belongings, that made them unusable. None of which were smoke damaged. Shame on all of you! They did knock $500 from my final bill to cover the dresser that they stole. SHAME ON YOU!

They were responsive up front when the damage occurred and we liked the initial personnel we dealt with on the first visit. Things got progressively worse though as they started work over multiple days to mitigate the problems. By the end of the process we felt they dropped the ball regarding communication of what was happening next after they had punched holes in our walls, removed insulation in inaccessible areas w/o photos to explain and removed and/or damaged trim that in our opinion didn't even need to be touched. We were left with a torn up home and poor instructions about how to proceed into repair. When I finally eventually initiated contact with repair for an estimate I was told that they recently changed their policy and now charge over $200 for estimates. Mind you, this is

I had a bathroom leak and these guys were very helpful and professional to replace and restore the water damage on my ceiling and wall. If you want to work with humble, honest people, these are your guys. One of the repairmen, Josh, was very friendly and efficient to get the job done well. Very pleased with his work and made no mistakes: I didn't have to interject at all to fix anything. The main project manager that I worked with, Anthony, was very reasonable and responsive with regards to coordination of the schedule, payment, and insurance approval. One highlight from him was his willingness to admit an error when there was a discrepancy between their quote for the job and what my insurance approved to pay. Never got the sleazy/used-car-salesman vibe from him. He was reasonable

Bryan has now helped me out twice with substantial issues that could have been much worse. Both times the staff was friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Even adding in some excellent tips and advice to make sure future issues didn't occur as well. I believe Cassie was the other tech who helped me out and she was also amazing!

Bryan went out of his way to assist me with a flood issue I was having with my apartment when no one else was able to. Cassie the mit tech drove 2 hours to help me, was kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, their help with this saved my bacon and got me the chance to get a safe place to live.
