Poteet Heat and Air

We needed to replace our HVAC ductwork. (Our home is older, and the ductwork was literally falling apart!) We were shocked by a very expensive quote from another company, so I called Poteet for an estimate after reading all of the great reviews. Poteet's price was significantly less. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and I believe they are a trustworthy company with fair pricing. Our scheduled work had to be delayed due to the number of people without heat during the winter storms. I completely understood that that was a higher priority, but they were very apologetic and thanked me for being understanding. I would recommend again and again! My go to hvac provider. The found our homes problem when no one else did. They are thorough, responsive, inquisitive and the fixed our issue and got our house comfortable again. We had had many service providers throughout the years and none of them ever found the issue- matter of fact one of those other service providers recommended we get an additional two ton unit for our homes problem. That of course didn’t work either! Leo, Lori and team however did reconcile our homes issue and got us running. We are so happy with how they restored our homes heating and cooling and would recommend them any-day to everyone. 10/10 recommend!

Tucker was our technician who came out. He did an amazing job! He was super knowledgeable, fast, professional, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company and if we ever have any issues in the future we will be calling them again. Plus they are extremely fair in pricing. You can tell that they really care about the work that they do.

Highly recommend! They are honest, truly there to help you fix or get done what is needed, they don't try to sell you a bunch of nonsense, do excellent work and communicate well, treat you like family, and are easy to work with. Our HVAC died after another company did a "maintenance check" and gave the OK. We went through 3 other companies and a bunch of overselling and nonsense before we found Poteet. They were excellent and got us heat after 8 weeks without, plus repaired and resealed our duct work and added new vents. Great company!

Poteet Heat and Air will be your first and last call when it comes to HVAC! We have had constant problems with our HVAC since we moved into our house. We have had four different companies out over the years and not a single one fixed our issues. Leo came out and found the problem and fixed it. Leo and Lori have been amazing to work with!
