Tom Pothier is a fantastic detail oriented handyman. Im a property manager of a home in Chino and Tom helped with a variety of things, interior and exterior painting, installing new doors, new bathroom vanity, picking yp and installing a fridge, checking all windows for new caulking, repairing damaged window sills, repairing door trim, replacing baseboards, helping with kitchen and bathroom clogs, installing a houseful of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarm. More importantly he leaves the property nice and clean after all the work is done. He is friendly and very responsive. He worked quickly and was able to finish all that work in a short timeframe so that we could get a renter in quickly. Tommy was amazing. I will recommend him to anyone. He has been one of the most patient and polite person we ever worked with. Craftsmanship was top-tier. Definately will call him for our future home needs.

Tom has done a lot of projects for me over the last year or so including building a walk in closet, adding shelving in all my closets, small paint jobs to electrical work (installing fans, leds etc.). He is very detail oriented and tells you the best way to do things. He is also very reasonable on prices, knowledgeable and a person who's knowledge you can rely on!

Tommie mounted our tvs, did miscellaneous jobs and covered a window that had been converted into a bedroom. He was very detailed and neat with his work and made great suggestions. Looks very nice.
