What an awful experience with Matthew. He put in a 250 ft gravel driveway at my house and it’s absolute garbage. He used the wrong type of gravel so it won’t compact, it just mushes around. When he dug out the dirt for the gravel he heaped it up and changed the flow of rainwater so now the gravel is getting washed away. He told me directly he would correct this since it’s under warranty, and after months of waiting now he’s going back on his word. He’s “too busy with new customers to do warranty work.” Communication is terrible; it takes weeks of repeated phone calls and emails just to hear back from the guy. He is a nice enough fellow, but just seems way over his head in terms of running a business/installing a driveway. I'm sure he's great at mowing lawns, If you need driveway or someth

Maybe have your employees retake their drivers test. I'm not a customer, and never will be based on previous reviews and now my own personal experince. But when two of your drivers try to merge from a dead stop on an exit ramp in front of myself (almost hitting me) and another vehicle behind me, without even looking or paying attention (and trust me, I could tell they weren't looking because I tried to get the first vehicle drivers attention, and the vehicle behind me tried to get the attention of the dump truck) to which neither could see. I value my vehicle that gets me to work everyday, apparently your employees don't value yours.

Had this company take down 17 trees for me. Absolutely amazing company to use. Fast, courteous and very affordable.

If you value your property use someone else. There are tons of trucks with plows and salt spreaders. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.
