I had to have my main sewer line replaced in the middle of winter. Steve and his crew got to work in a cold wet rain. What a sloppy mess it was outside, but they didn't miss beat and worked throughout the day. Before the end of the day I had the ability to poop with confidence that I wouldnt be seeing the turd float on my basement floor after I flushed. Highly recommend Potomac Plumbing .

Had them come out twice in the last week or so, one time to fix a food processor and foul smell coming from a basement bathroom and a second time to fix a leak in a toilet. There fast, efficient, fair priced and just seem to be generally good people, will continue to have my business.

A reliable and professional company that stands by its work. When our water heater was on the fritz and the first attempts to fix it were not successful, the owner and his son came to the house to follow up on it. He was efficient with the use of his time. As he worked, he explained what he was doing, and he did not charge us extra for work that had already been performed. High marks for great customer service. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs without any hesitation.

Potomac Plumbing has done several services for us. I have known Steve (the owner), for 40 years. Steve, Bob and Tucker are always very friendly and professional. And although I've never met her, Michelle has always been very friendly and helpful on the phone. Potomac Plumbing will always get the call when I need a plumber.

I called for an estimate and was asked to leave my name and number so the manager(s) could call back later, so I did. They called while I was at work so I couldn't answer, but they left a message asking me to call them back. I got home late, so I called back the next day just to be asked to leave my name and number again. I was told the manager(s) check their messages around 4:30 pm so I asked if I should call back around then since they'd actually BE there but was told not to. 3 days passed and they never called me back. Guess I'll never know if they would've been helpful.
