I had a clog that caused water to back up and rise through the drains in my basement. Mr. Collins from Triple R and a plumber from a different company came out to take a look. I hired the other plumber. They did their best but didn’t have the equipment to get the job done. I called Mr. Collins and asked him if he would consider fixing my problem. He was very kind and had his people out the next morning. They took care of it right away. They have the equipment needed to do pretty much any job. Triple R will be my first call from now on. Everyone was very kind and professional. I didn’t hire them at first because I thought I couldn’t afford them, but I was wrong. Their price was very reasonable. Lesson learned. I definitely recommend hiring Triple R.

I had a major issue with my sewer line, which was causing my basement to flood with sewer water. I called these gentleman and they was able to squeeze me in their schedule, as I stressed the situation. Once they opened up the sewer lines, do the backed up water could exit, they diagnosed the issue which was root intrusion causing a blockage, TRIPLE R, was a lifesaver. From the start, both Technician was professional and transparent. They used a sewer camera to show me exactly where the damage was and explained all my repair options clearly. They worked efficiently, stayed on budget, and most impressively, they cleaned up their mess. I highly recommend them for anyone facing stressful sewer problems!

We had a clogged sewer pipe and our home warranty couldn't find us a plumber for 4 days! So when I called Mr Collins he was at my house within 5 minutes and fixed the pipe the sane day. He also helped us with our home warranty comoany to make sure we got reimbursed. Talking about going above and beyond! Our out of pocket total after being reimbursed and parts that our warranty didnt cover was $175, estimate was $600. Which after 4 days of not being able to use our toilets, shower, sinks or washer was fine with us. But like I said our actual out of pocket cost was only $175.

Triple R did an amazing job. We had a clogged drain that caused water to back up into our basement. Called them Sunday evening and had someone text me back right away. The service technicians showed up promptly at 8am the next morning. They were able to quickly identify the clog and explained everything that caused it, clearly showing me the issue on their camera. They were very friendly and got our plumbing issue resolved quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!
