We had a house fire and they handled all the details and kept us informed of progress. Phil was our liaison for the company and he always addressed any issue we had, and fixed or took care of any concerns we had. He was a great representative for the company.

Our home was completely gutted due to fire. Basically we had a complete rebuild except for the outside of the structure. Everything was so slow in the beginning when you are sitting waiting. Our Project manager Mike, did his best to reassure me once things got moving, they would be here everyday. He was so right. Jonathan and Jeremy were here everyday and were amazing. Their work is top notch and they really looked out for us. Small things that we didnt notice with vendor issues were brought to our attention. Mike did a great job easing my conerns and was fantastic to work with. We moved back in 1 year and 2 weeks after the fire. We are very satisfied with the completed project that dealt with water damage. The installed luxury vinyl plank flooring is absolutely gorgeous. The carpentry, plumbing and painting work was also completed with amazing end results. The house is more beautiful than it was before the water damage. Mike made the estimate process easy. Frank does an excellent job of keeping the job on track and answering client questions. Torres Floors did an excellent job as well with floor selection and material updates. All of the staff that were in and out of our home were polite, professional and timely. Thank you for a job well done!

One star and didn't even have the chance to experience their services. They must not need business too bad. Tried to contact someone through their website, after the second or third attempt I received an email telling to me call the office. I call the office and the receptionist gives me JP's number and he would be able to help me. Shot him a text Friday afternoon, just heard back from him (Monday 12:30) and was told to call the office and get in contact with a salesman named Mike. We have quite a lot of projects to do at our house, guess it's not as important to them. I'll take my business elsewhere if no one is willing to take the time to speak with me.

They do an amazing job, just seems to take them months to complete the job. It's taken them 2 months to do what should have been done in 3 weeks. Maybe they are dragging it out because they got paid up front by the insurance company. No work gets done at all until husband calls the insurance company and then the insurance company has to call them. Not a good way to do business at all. The crew was great but whom ever is in charge needs to be trained.
