Pounds Plumbing

I had a great experience with Pounds Plumbing Inc. Yannis and Jackson did an excellent job fixing our shower. The hot side stem was leaking from the handle, and they quickly identified the issue. They removed the faulty parts and replaced both stems and the diverter, and also installed three brand-new handles. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The shower works perfectly now with no leaks. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommend Pounds Plumbing!

Had an issue with one of the toilets in the home. Angela was quick to respond, and Cody arrived about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Cody was professional, polite, and very thorough in his investigation. He provided reassurance and let me know he’d be happy to return if the issue comes back. Highly recommend!

Angela was able to dispatch us same day service. Devin and Jesse came out and did a phenomenal job. They took the entire fireplace apart to find the issue. They were very very knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend. Five stars

Yannis from Pounds Plumbing was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what the issues were and was able to test the system several times and confirm a replacement was not needed. I am sure my landloard is happy about that. While I am not paying for this work myself, I was made aware of the rates and they were very reaaonable. Definately warranted 5 stars!!
