Thank you Well doctor. My pump burn up last night. I call many places the all said 3 to 5 days to get to me. I called Willie he showed up 730. Fully supplied and ready to go. Got me a new pump and replaced my foot. In just a few hours had me water. I appreciate the job you did. Highly recommend this company jam up job. He even got me more water pressure. Thanks Willie for your hard work. By the way prices were amazing.

Willie the Well Dr. is a really nice guy! He always responds quickly and does not hesitate to get the job done even if it needs going above and beyond! The well Dr. is definitely my go to for our older well system. Tank was water-logged. Nash came to the rescue within 20 minutes of my call. Got me going in a few minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable young man! Great service. Update 1/16/26 My well failed completely , the jet and the 22 year-old pump. Mr. Willie and young Nash worked till after dark to get me going again. I've had them out here enough to be family! They did a wonderful job, and I was able to use a smaller pump than the very expensive replacement of the larger one I had. I highly recommend anyone in their service area to call them first. They won't be disappointed. It doesn't hurt that they are based just around the corner from me. Oh, yeah, the price was reasonable.

Willie is one of the nicest men I have come in contact with! I called that morning unsure of the problem. He was quick and he had me up and running by the afternoon. He was professional and helpful with information about what happened and definitely taught me things so I know how to get the longevity out of my new pump. I didn’t feel robbed with the price and his wife was beyond helpful and kind trying to make sure making my payment was easy. It definitely wasn’t something I wanted to wake up too but I was blessed making the call to The Well Dr. Thank you Willie, Nash and Leslie for making this a nice experience! The guys showed up within an hour and had our water up and going with new EVERYTHING within a few ours of arriving! I haven’t had water pressure this good since I bought the house! The quick turnaround was amazing since we’ve got 4 kiddos running around!
