Powder River Heating & AC

We’ve used Powder River for years, and have always been pleased. For this job, our installer had to do a little extra to make room for his work; he did a good job at that, and the install went smoothly.

I live in an old house in the old part of town. I called them when my pipes break when my boiler goes out whatever I need, and they always show up and do a good job. I’ve had other Other companies in town who have come over, made a mess and refused to answer the phone afterwards. Having an old house with the boiler system, I know this is not their first choice, but they always show up and they always do their job. If I need something done, this is who I would call. Oh, and the office people are always very pleasant.

Called Powder River Heating & AC after receiving unsatisfactory service from another company. Justin had the issue pretty much figured out over the phone before even showing up. He was able to fit me in the same day I called and brought the parts and tools he needed with him. He was thorough with diagnosis and repair and verified his repair instead of just assuming he fixed it. Will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue. Would have given 5 stars but the price seems steep compared to service I've received in the past, however the technicians don't set the prices so 5/5 for service 3/5 for price 4/5 overall.

Not only have we been billed more hours than hours work the several times we used them. The icing on the cake is being charged $12 just to pay them. Never again. The nickel and dining screams owned by some private equity firm.

They made it over pretty quickly to my home the day that I called. They had to come back the next day to resolve the issue but they got it. Very clear in explaining the issues we were having and helping us find a long term resolution.
