Guys that came out did a good job and were personable. Installations look good with minimal damage to repair. However, they estimated the time wrong, which was obvious to even me that two guys wouldn't get everything done in a day. So, we had to have them come out again days later, which was a bit of a hassle. Had to call their office a few times to get the process going at the start of the whole thing too. They didn't inform me of the first scheduling either, had to call to find out. They just said we will get you on the books and then they ghosted me for a week, so I had to bug them to even know when it would happen. Also, when I got the invoice, it was setup to be a bank drafted payment only, that was never mentioned at all. I would have preferred to use a credit card. Sooooo, I'd say t

The business came highly recommended and actually showed up and provided an invoice for the work to be done $3500+. Called the very next day to schedule it and was told that they would have to call me back with confirmation. Never received a call back. Installers showed up at the house two weeks later when no one was home. Unscheduled. Stated they couldn’t wait and I would have to reschedule. The earliest they could reschedule for was two weeks from then. 🤯. No priority scheduling, no accountability, an not even a “my bad, we “messed” up. The technicians that showed up were understanding and upset themselves. They stated it happens all the time and you have to stay on top of the people that work in the office. Seems like they’d be a better business if they straightened out this issue.

Excellent customer service from initial contact through completion of the job! Reasonably priced, timely and neat. Will use again if the need arises.
