We used Powell Plumbing for a second home on one of the local lakes and they did a great job with everything!! I need to purchase some things for a "project" at the new house and will purchasing items I need from them. I like to try and keep my business local as long as prices are decent and customer service is great. I would like to note that regardless if I call or walk into their store I always get a cheerful "Hello, how can I help you." Keep up the good work Powell!!

When I moved to this area They actually were one of the only people that answered their phone when I was looking for services, I had a great appointment and they arrived on time, I told them about my problem I knew it was an extensive job And could cost me a lot of money,Nobody Ever called me They pretty much ran out of here. I see they have rave reviews, I hope people at least listen to mine. People like this do not belong in business. If they didn't want to do the work, Then they should have at least called and told me , that would have been professional If they were professional I probably could have kept them busy with me all Winter So so sad

I would not recommend Powell Plumbing due to their questionable quality of work, and lack of follow up including poor communication. Specifically, they came to my home to repair an issue, which they were unable to diagnose. Meanwhile, they cut my wall open 3' x 3.5' without my consent then told me I lived too far away from their business, so I should find a different plumber. Would you want to do business with a company that provides this level of customer service?

Unprofessional and slow. Didn't show up when they said they would and took two months for what they told me would be a 3 day job. When they did come to the house, they'd sit in their truck scrolling on their phone instead of working for hours. I use a different plumber now who gives me a better "advantage"
