had the underlayment replaced for our tile roof with Ice & Rain underlayment product. Pricing for the project was lower than competitors. And, the proreject was completed in less time than other bids. Crews were professional, friendly and hard working. We had used Brian's team for our home in Paradise, just 2 years before the Camp Fire of course all their hard work became ashes due to the fire. I'd highly recommend Brian and his team, lots of competition out there but few are at Powell's roofing capabilities.

Beware of this company. I’m not one to do this, but I feel my situation needs to be heard out. My husband and I just bought our first home. Before purchasing the home, we paid for a full roof inspection done by Powell roofing which stated the roof was in satisfactory condition but the granules of the shingles were gone. So we decided to get the roof completely redone immediately so we wouldn’t have to deal with it later down the road. We closed on our home on October 25th but gave the sellers extra days to move out. Thursday October 29th Powell roofing came out to our new home (we still hadn’t received the keys yet). Later in the day, we received multiple photos from our realtor of our covered patio completely collapsed with a Powell roofing employee on top of it. Upon further inspection o

Just had them do two complete house roofs for me. They answered the phone, responded fast, did a great job. Came when waiting for inspection and waterproofed the roof due to threatening rain. Nice people to do business with.

From the first call for an estimate to the completion of the job, Powell Roofing was fantastic. Raymond, Michael and the rest of the crew were responsive, professional and diligent. Clean up each day was very good. Good communication with the front office, also. I highly recommend Powell Roofing.

I am very displeased with their lack of response and their overall poor communication. I have asked for them to check my leak from the inside three times now which they haven't. And have not returned my calls.
