I had a great experience with Power Home for our window project. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain the options, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. Shout out to Frank & John who were a pleasure to speak to through the sales process. Installation day went smoothly - a super special shoutout to Charlie who was so helpful throughout the installation. Charlie & the crew were respectful of my home - they worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the final result looked perfect. The new windows have already made a HUGE difference. First off, cost me $16000 for 16 windows. At the time didn't do my homework. Our representative came to the house for like six hours straight and convinced me. Stay away from POWER HOME REMODELING!!! They replaced all my windows in 2016 and stated I would NEVER have to worry about windows again and the warranty extends to the next owners. One of my windows had condensation on the inside, come to find out, that's not covered and all the windows in my home aren't covered by them any more because the windows are discontinued, now for this one windown they want to charge me $400 to replace. What a wonderful company! Got our siding re done and they moved quickly and efficiently. Garrett was absolutely exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable showed us demonstrations gave us a 3-D model made us feel seen and heard. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new siding and gutters! Thank you Power for everything!

They are very persistent when they are trying to get you to buy but they do not follow up with appointments that need renovations at all. The windows themselves are nice but the service is terrible. I’ve had my windows for almost two years now and every other month I’ve called and complained about the terrible draft I get in the winter and the insane amount of water I get in my house when it rains. When Someone finally did come out after almost 6-8 months, they did not fix the problem and they broke the light for the front of the house and said they would be right back to fix it, hopped in their van and drove off. For the insane amount of money I’ve paid to have beautiful new windows, I regret using that company for their customer service alone.

We're so happy with our siding project from Power! It looks like the house of my dreams now. The install crew and sales staff were all very friendly and professional I honestly thought of adopting them. :-) 5 stars all the way!
