Do not go with them! Very disappointed! They increased the price after second estimate. They broke my tile floor when they installed. They didn’t fix it and they don’t want to pay for hiring someone else to fix it. They said they could only offer me a discount for future project which I won’t trust them anymore. Also the windows and doors only certified for south area of America. Ok, updated in 4 months. One of the window broken in 2 weeks after installing. One guy came after 2 months but he broke the new window when he tried to put it on. He said he will come back with the new replace window but never came back. So I called them today since it’s winter time and with strong wind, I’m not sure how far can the broken window stay on. The customer representative said they will schedule a new

Dishonest and tricky company The salesman are extremely pushy and have plenty of tricks They will hit you with high interest rate rates that are non-forgiving, even if you pay the loan off early The work they do is very low quality. They will upsell you on everything. They installed the roof on my house and the first time it was leak leaking. They did immediately send someone out to repair it. The roof continued to leak after that. I called them again and they said it was my fault the second time. They installed skylight windows with no trim and open areas going into my roof where cold leaks in during the winter I would highly recommend using any other company than power

Buyer beware. This is a review for the roofing service. We had two low profile roofs redone on our home — an upsell after the window install which went fine. First, the installers didn’t realize there were two roofs to be addressed, and rushed to complete the second roof. Power requires that you sign off on the job before the installers can leave so there was nothing we could do but sign project documentation so we could go about our evening (feed our family, let the dog in the yard as the installers left the gate open all day). The next morning we discovered they left without completing the job (photos attached). They also cracked my siding and the newly installed window trim. Their door-to-door sales approach needs serious improvement, starting with basic respect. Aaron showed up at my door with the standard line: “I was in the neighborhood and offering free estimates for window replacements.” When I politely declined, he shifted from sales mode to asking, “Where are you from? Were you born and brought up here?” That’s not small talk; that’s unprofessional and offensive. This kind of behavior isn’t just inappropriate; it’s the exact example of how not to win customers. Good luck getting business this way.

They installed a new roof this past Friday and we are not happy with the workmanship. The gutters are no longer catching the rain from the roof, they ran out of shingles for the peak, the flashing looks like crap. We called first thing Monday with complaints and requested a person come out and inspect the work and he that's the way it looks sometimes and if it leaks we can always go back against the warranty. A repair person is coming on Thursday but I don't have a lot of faith in the quality of the future work. I will keep you posted on the work.
