Power Jack Foundation Repair

Tried to call about warranty work. Everything goes to VM. At this point I’ll have to find another foundation company. I may change review if they call but doubt it.

I purchased a home which included a transferred warranty from this company. I'm starting to see cracks so I called to get them to come out and inspect. They told me they would come in early September and I've never heard from them again. I've called and left voicemails and also left messages through their website. They're just ignoring me because they probably don't want to do any free warranty work. Terrible experience.

....it is now Jack Power....must have hired the same genius for name change as the ones who do the work......(formerly Power Jack) - I am serious, they put the creative thinking cap on for that one. Avoid at ALLLLLL costs.....they will not honor their warranty. Flat out have disappeared, weeks of no return calls. After years of making excuses or odd reasons for the issues - I was seriously told to adjust my doors over them adjusting piers...I have windows that do not open, a roof line separating from rafters, cracks in walls and ceilings, broken tiles, crooked doors, replaced deck from numerous repairs (none of which worked and left a mess to clean up) When you think of Jack Power Foundation, think of wasting your money....I think a class action lawsuit with all the people they have screwe

Horrible! They never call back or respond to emails. Constantly brushing us off. The company restructured to avoid their warranties, which in turn shows their quality of work and service they performed.

An existing customer can’t get response from them. Have tried many times and multiple ways by phone calls, SMS, emails, etc. Look like a scammer of the life warranty.
